Travis Osborne, CRNA, MSN, BSN
Travis received his MSN from Duke University with honors and became a board certified CRNA in 2015. He has worked in multiple specialties ranging from high-acuity cardiothoracic surgery to office-based plastic surgery. His wide range of experience has allowed him to blend his meticulous, high-acuity approach with the speed and efficiency required in an outpatient setting.
Travis was born and raised in Central Texas and has formed meaningful partnerships with many surgeons in the area. He has developed ERAS anesthesia protocols for facilities in Texas and been asked to speak to the Austin Plastic Surgeon Society about non-opioid pain management techniques. He also co-hosts a Podcast called “Plastic Surgery Untold.”
Alex Kolascz, CRNA, MSN, BSN
Alex received his Master in the Science of Anesthesia from Duke University in Durham, NC. In 2015 he became board certified with the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetist. Since then Alex has delivered safe and effective anesthesia in offices, operating rooms, surgical centers and hospitals. From his initial exposure to business aspects of anesthesia at Duke University he has been dedicated to providing cost effective anesthesia while maintaining safety and quality of care. After completing Anesthesia Business Seminar course Alex has succeeded in building an anesthesia staffing company and opened two ketamine clinics.
